We’re a UK-based e-commerce business, creating thoughtful journals and stationery for people affected by cancer.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We do our very best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate, but if something’s gone awry—we’ll fix it swiftly.

We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings or correct any honest mistakes without prior notice (though let’s hope we don’t need to).

3. Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be clearly stated at checkout. If you need help with an order or have a special request, pop us an email at info@chemoandco.co.uk.

4. Refunds & Returns

We don't offer refunds—our products are made with care and we hope you love them.

BUT if something’s gone wrong, your order arrives damaged, or there’s a fault, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We absolutely want to put it right. You can contact us at info@chemoandco.co.uk and we’ll sort it quickly and kindly.
